How ChalkStash works

  1. Find it.

Browse supplies picked for your grade and subject, from crayons to calm-down corners.

  2. Stash it.

Save what you need with quantities and notes, including things the catalog doesn't carry yet.

  3. Share it.

Send one link to families, your PTO, local businesses or former students.

  4. Get it.

Supporters buy from stores they already use, and your Stash keeps count.

One list instead of sticky notes, spreadsheets and five store carts.

Build your Stash once and keep it current all year. Start from a Starter Stash for your grade instead of a blank page, and check items off as gifts arrive.

When back to school comes around, turn it into a class supply list families can shop in a few taps.

Parents want to help. Now they know exactly how.

A teacher's Stash shows what the class needs down to the brand and the quantity. Pick an item, buy it from the retailer, and the teacher sees it's on the way. Nothing gets doubled up.

Grandparents, neighbors, the hardware store on the corner: anyone with the link can chip in.

Too many glue sticks? Someone down the hall needs them.

The classroom exchange lets teachers give away, swap or lend spare supplies, so good stuff stays in classrooms and out of the trash.

A page for every school.

Teachers join their school, staff are confirmed by the people who run it, and families find the right classroom without hunting through emails.

1,400+classroom supplies are already sourced for the catalog, from PreK through 12th grade.
